Each bag is prepared and shipped within 5–6 days of your order, then delivered by courier in about 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's on its way.
Returns
Non-customized items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition with tags and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
