SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS
Shipping costs are as follows:
• Domestic (Italy): Covered by CapriNina
• International: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
CapriNina shall not be held liable for delivery failures or delays caused by the courier, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
If not, you may return or exchange any non-customized item within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original CapriNina tags and accessories, including the original packaging. CapriNina reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
Please ensure the items are well-packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
We recommend using the original box your order arrived in.
If the original box is unavailable or damaged, place the item in its branded packaging and then inside a protective outer box.
Returns shipped in branded packaging alone, or without adequate protection, may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Return Policy for Online Purchases
To initiate a return, refer to the confirmation email we sent you or contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp.
Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, as required by law.
For international returns, shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of its arrival. You will be updated on your refund status following inspection.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
We aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days, excluding holidays, from the date we receive the item. However, please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
• Refunds will be issued in the original currency used at checkout
• The credited amount will be returned to the account used for payment
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
• If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the amount actually paid (not the full value before the discount)
• Discount codes used on partially returned orders will be refunded proportionally
• If your return is rejected, you will be notified by email within 3 business days
CapriNina is not responsible for lost packages returned with customer-generated labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

International Returns
If returning items from outside Italy, please clearly mark the package with “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to avoid customs charges. CapriNina is not responsible for customs fees incurred on returned items.
Customs declarations must be clearly visible on the front of the package.
Failure to include this information may result in the return being held, rejected, or incurring additional charges.
Steps to follow:
1. Include a CN22/CN23 customs form on the outside of the package. This form is typically included with your shipment. If you need another copy, contact us. Fill it out completely, including the declared value.
2. Clearly write “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” on the outside of the package along with the customs form.
We are not responsible for returned items that do not comply with these instructions.
Parcels that fail customs clearance will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

If you receive a defective item, please complete the required return forms and specify the nature of the defect.
